[DakLak Provincial People’s Committee] 20 scholarships awarded to underprivileged students with high academic performance in Buon Ma Thuot city

In the morning of November 3rd, Viet Nam Hieu Hoc Group host a ceremony to award international scholarships for excellent students who won the scholarship contests and sponsorships for underprivileged students.

The esteemed guests who attended the award ceremony were former leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People’s Committee and Head of DakLak Department of Education and Training.

Underprivileged students received scholarships from Viet Nam Hieu Hoc Group.

Viet Nam Hieu Hoc Group awarded 20 scholarships for underprivileged students in Buon Ma Thuot City at the ceremony (each sponsorship worth 1 million Vietnamese Dong).

At the ceremony, Viet Nam Hieu Hoc Group gave consultations and orientations on values and choices of scholarships offered by American high schools and universities. Viet Nam Hieu Hoc Group also provided information on pre-departure and matches of students’ demands with ranges of schools. In addition, academic consultants of high schools from America guided interview session relevant to scholarship policies of American institutions.

In fact, Viet Nam Hieu Hoc Group hosted International Scholarship Contest with the main theme “Scholarships for talented students” in order to choose excellent students for its official proposals to offer scholarship ranges by American institutions. The contest eagerly attracted participations by students from 71 secondary and high schools in DakLak and DakNong provinces. As the outcome, 400 students in both provinces had the benchmark scores to enter admission round.
